📋 Job brief
Our Acquiring business is growing, and so is our team! We're looking to add an accountant to help reinforce our Finance Team. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Accountant and business controller, collaborating extensively with our Operations Team, Sales team, and support team.
💪 Responsibilities
Management of Giftify's Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Cycle :
- Generation and dispatch of various invoices and customer credit notes : relationships with the commercial and accounting departments
- Management of Accounts Receivable:
- Lettering of payments and credit notes
- Point of contact for the management of requests relating to invoices and credit notes.
- Management of overdraft and litigation:
- Ageing balance analyses
- Overdraft management / DSO optimisation
- Steering of collection
- Interaction with receivers in case of bankruptcy.
✨ Qualifications
- (at least) a Bachelor degree in accounting
- Good command of EN + FR or NL
- Understanding of the Belgian regulatory frameworks + Belgian GAAP and its principles.
- Good command of Winbooks and Logistics
- Data analytics skills
- Attention to detail
