Job brief

We are looking for an Technical Customer Service Officer who is passionate about payment systems. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Based within the “Terminals” department, you will work closely with all areas, to provide technical support for our bank terminals .

- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries received by phone or email
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Following up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Working with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Quickly immersing yourself in the functional knowledge of payment terminals and becoming an expert in this

Requirements

- The ideal candidate has the following profile:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Experience with FinTech or relevant experience with bank terminals
- Excellent command of Dutch and French. English is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem management skills with ability to take ownership of a problem and find to a solution
- Customer- and team oriented and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
- Fast learner
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and Internet skills. An IT background is an asset.
- Proven oral & written communication skills
