Loyaltek is a Belgian FinTech company specialized in payment and gift card solutions for shopping centers and retail destinations. Our Giftify solution is used by over 300 shopping centers across Europe.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic German-speaking Client Success Manager to help us manage and grow our client base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of existing clients and will also help grow the business by proposing new services to shopping centers that are owned/managed by our existing clients.

To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, possess empathy, have an engaging customer-friendly personality, and be able to converse and discuss business strategies and opportunities in several languages, with German as a priority. The other desired languages are English, French, Dutch. Of course, we welcome other languages spoken in Europe as well.


Client Manager Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand all characteristics and contractual details of the client
  • Maintain a consistent channel of communication with the client
  • Organise regular meetings/calls and prepare performance reports
  • Provide general support on a per-request basis
  • Understand and Analyze client needs
  • Share new update with our service and products
  • Propose new services (upselling) when and where applicable
  • Prepare commercial proposals (for new centers from existing portfolio)
  • Work with Management on new strategies & process improvements
  • Coordinate Sign Off with Operations Dept after new launch
  • Create, share, and review relevant reports
  • Coordinate necessary communication and operational activities with Support Department
  • Liaise with commercial team for client communications, lead generation, and overall relationship management
  • Attend conferences and industry events, travel to meetings
  • Contribute to the improvement of Marketing materials and presentations in multiple languages.

Client Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in German and English; any other languages are an asset, especially French and Dutch.
  • Prior experience in customer service is key.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in several languages.
  • Experience in dealing with challenging client situations, and a proven track record in problem resolution.
  • Ability to use modern CRM software and platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft 364, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter for new initiatives.
  • Team-player and possess a collaborative spirit.
  • Good at articulating your thoughts clearly (verbally and in writing) and engage with clients.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Curious to learn new about new technology, products, and services.
  • Able to synthesize and explain complex problems in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • A positive outlook and optimistic approach to solving problems and growing the business.
