📋 Job Brief

Giftify is looking for a Junior Implementation Manager to join our wonder-team to help them keep up with our constant growth and evolutions 🚀

As our new Implementation Manager you will work collaboratively with your peers and a team of highly skilled Account Managers, Support Officers and Business Developers.

In this position you'll be responsible of the implementation of every new client and the implementation of new projects for existing clients.

You will be in the driving seat to manage customer engagement and expectations to ensure all project deliverables and milestones are met and guarantee customer satisfaction.

💪 Responsibilities

  • Drive the process of gathering or confirming client requirements.
  • Define implementation scope and develop engagement timelines/resources as needed.
  • Based on scope, create and communicate project lite plan for your clients and break it down into achievable milestones and actionable tasks.
  • Ensure projects are managed against Giftify's Internal Implementation Guidelines and Scope of Work, adhering to the SLA's we have in place.
  • End-to-end implementation and follow up of all key project deliverables.
  • Ensure recurring weekly communications with your client portfolio.
  • Organize and follow-up of all logistic aspects of the department with our key partners, including stock management and provisioning based on the BusDev pipeline.
  • Execute recurring quality control check throughout the whole implementation process.
  • Liaise with members of all levels of the organization (Finance, Account Management, Support, Business Development, Product), with the client and our partners.

✨ Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in Implementation Management is preferred but not required.
  • Flawless written and oral communication in both English and French. Knowledge of any other European language is considered an asset but is not mandatory (Current client base: CZ, SK, ES, IT, PT, NL, DE, FI, HU, PL, RO)
  • Meticulousness. Great attention to detail.
  • You are a born problem-solver with a natural 'can do' mindset
  • You are curious, ambitious and a team player - yet you also enjoy working autonomously.
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills and thrive in contact with clients, partners and colleagues.
  • You are able to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable way.
  • You have solid organizational skills, and you work well under pressure.
  • You feel comfortable managing multiple clients at the same time.
  • You have an analytical mindset that allows you to break down complex projects into actionable tasks.
