Job Responsibility:


Based within the “Operations” department, you will work closely with the sales and Legal department, to provide implement several projects. As Operation Manager, you are responsible of:

Operation:

• Handling business operations
• Managing supplier relationships
• Increasing customer satisfaction
• Ensure communication with our partners
• Support for clients acquiring Paynovate.
• Create and communicate project plan to clients
• Supervise the onboarding process of Acquiring contracts
• Handling and follow up of activation inquiries of agents
• Handling and follow up of the invoices of direct clients Invoice of
• Inform internal and external teams of project evolution.
• Communicate clearly what is needed for upcoming project steps
• Deliver projects on time, within scope with high quality.
• Monitor and ensure projects completion, liaising with the technical / sales / legal / finance teams.

• AML control & Risk evaluation in collaboration with the Legal & Compliance Officer

Personal Skills:

• Analytical skills: identify the partner needs to give the most adequate assistance
• Knowledge of Acquiring

People Management:

• Manage a team of 2 collaborators
• Define the teams KPI
• Conducting staff meetings
• Evaluate team members

Requirements:

The ideal Operations Manager has the following profile:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
• Excellent teamwork ad organisation skills
• Great communication skills
• Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree
• Technical background, preferably acquiring sector
• Knowledge of Wrike and Zendesk considered an asset
