📋 Job Brief
Paynovate is looking for a IT security Specialist join our wonder-team to help them keep up with our constant growth and evolutions 🚀
As our new IT security Specialist you will work collaboratively with your peers and a team of highly skilled Developers,QA Engineers & DevOps.
In this position you'll be responsible of the design and maintenance of the infrastructure. You will be in the driving seat to manage software developments and releases to ensure all project deliverables and milestones are met.
💪 Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, evaluate, and implement policies and procedures in line with both
business requirements, compliance requirements, and national/international legislative or
regulatory changes. - Perform IT risk assessments and assist process and control owners in determining and
designing optimal controls to mitigate risks. - Improve our compliance and security processes and frameworks (SSDLC).
- Maintaining the SIEM solution.
- Support technical team to understand IT risks including regulatory risks (e.g. PCI DSS,
PCI PIN or GDPR), . - Monitor control performance of IT controls across for timely and effective execution.
- Support and coordinate audit activities.
✨ Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security.
- Experience in Risk management activities or other regulations like PCI or GDPR is a
plus. - IT degree / certificates (CISA, CISM, CISSP) is a plus.
- Familiar with applicable IT frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ITIL or ISO 27001 etc) is a plus..
- Familiar with technology platforms (Kubernetes, MySQL, Linux, AWS) and DevOps tools
(e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins, Harness Terraform, etc) is a plus. - Enthusiastic, self-starting and enjoys change and a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Very good English and strong communications skills both in writing and speaking.
