📋 Job Brief

The Loyaltek Group is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our wonder-team to lead them and help them keep up with our constant growth and evolutions 🚀
As our new CTO for Giftify, you will be responsible for maintaining the operations of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. the CTO plans, coordinates, directs, and designs IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provides administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.

💪 Responsibilities

The Chief Technology responsibilities are:

Supervising the infrastructure, development and QA team (5 people)
supervise Dev team (one head + 4 developers, mainly PHP/Laravel)
improve code review and secure coding practices
improve source code management system
implement change management process
implement and manage CI/CD
implement continuous testing
make sure that backup procedures and Disaster Recovery tools are reliable
supervise infrastructure team: security patches, antivirus, DB management, SSL certificates, ...
manage our QA tester (1 person): define objectives, organize load testing and performance monitoring
supervise quarterly penetration testing
maintain and improve IT policy and IT security policy
make sure that problems are handled, incident reports issued
improve reliability of incidents management
implement PCI-DSS and/or ISO27001 compliance and certification
implement reporting systems : status page, SLA's compliance
maintain full documentation and knowledge base to help answer questions and RFP's

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

Leadership and organizational abilities

Problem-solving aptitude

Relevant training or experience for the job
