We are on the hunt for a Team Coach to join our Customer Support Team. This new colleague will specifically work with LoyalPay, the bank terminal division of the Loyaltek Group. We're an ever-evolving Fintech, with a young team and a clear vision. With your passion for customer support, technical support and and your strong coaching experience, you'll help bring LoyalPay's Customer Support Division up to the next level.
💪 Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
✨ Qualifications
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in French, Dutch & English
- Working knowledge of customer service software (Zendesk)
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
