We are on the hunt for a new agent to join our Customer Support Team. This new colleague will specifically work with Paynovate, the payment division of the Loyaltek Group. We're an ever-evolving Fintech, with a young team and a clear vision. With your passion for customer support, technical support and your strong customer support experience, you'll help bring Paynovate's Customer Support Division up to the next level.
💪 Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
✨ Qualifications
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in French, Dutch & English
- Working knowledge of customer service software (Zendesk)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
