We are on the hunt for a new agent to join our Customer Support Team. This new colleague will specifically work with LoyalPay, the bank terminal division of the Loyaltek Group. We're an ever-evolving Fintech, with a young team and a clear vision. With your passion for customer support, technical support and your strong customer support experience, you'll help bring LoyalPay's Customer Support Division up to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

āœØ Qualifications

  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch & English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software (Zendesk)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
