We are on the hunt for an Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. This new colleague will specifically work across 3 brands of the Loyaltek Group. We're an ever-evolving Fintech, with a young team and a clear vision. With your passion for human resources, labor laws, multi-tasking and your strong of communications skills, you'll help bring HR division division up to the next level.

💪 Responsibilities

• Advise line management and provide first line expertise on all HR domains/processes
• Deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy, policies and processes through building a strong relationship with your stakeholders
• Manage the overall in- and outflow of team members, make sure the talents and potentials are identified and the right development plan is defined
• Manage the recruitment process: generating influx, screenings, job interviews
• Ensure a smooth onboarding of the new employees and follow them up throughout their career
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Actively contribute to improving HR processes and flows
• Actively participate in various HR Projects
• Be responsible for career management, making sure that the individual career aspirations are best fulfilled and that employee's re-deployment is properly managed

✨ Qualifications

• You about 3 years' expertise in a people-oriented work environment
• You dare to take initiative and proactively look for solutions to the challenges
• You communicate fluently
• You always handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• You are hands-on and work systematically and project-based to meet set deadlines and objectives
• You are a born team player and like to work across departments
• You are fluent in Dutch AND French, with a good knowledge of English
